RMA#’s are only good for 30 days from the date it was issued.

Any descrapancies in shipping order must be reported within 3 days of receipt of products.
No refund or credit will be issued after 7 days.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective merchandise under warranty will be replaced or repaired within 15 (working) days of notification.
Dalton Corp. reserves the option to replace or repair defective merchandise.
Due to the health guideline, the following items: Commode, Shower chair, mattress, overlay mattresses, mattress cover, and air mattresses are not returnable under any circumstances.
